El puente elevador de Boskoop en Boskoop es parte de un conjunto de tres puentes elevadores, de los cuales los otros dos se encuentran en Alphen aan den Rijn y Waddinxveen. Los puentes elevadores proporcionan una conexión vial sobre el Gouwe. El puente elevador de Boskoop data de 1936.
Debido a la ubicación muy central del puente elevador de Boskoop, ocupa un lugar importante en la imagen urbana del centro del pueblo de Boskoop. A principios de la década de 1990, durante una remodelación del puente elevador, se aseguró que la seguridad para los ciclistas mejorara considerablemente al crear un carril bici separado en el lado del puente. El puente suele causar congestionamientos en el tráfico vehicular.
El puente es un monumento nacional.
