Westerlee es un pueblo en el municipio de Oldambt en la provincia de Groningen, Países Bajos. El pueblo tiene 1.490 habitantes. Westerlee se encuentra entre Meeden y Heiligerlee. De 1811 a 1821, Westerlee fue un municipio independiente. El nombre Westerlee probablemente se refiere a la cresta de arena sobre la cual se construyó el pueblo. Esta cresta de arena separa aquí la zona de turba de la zona de arcilla, en la misma cresta también se encuentran Meeden y Heiligerlee. Al norte del pueblo comienza el Oldambt, al sur las Veenkoloniën.
