El Zielhoes es un establecimiento de hostelería y antigua casa del guarda de la esclusa, así como antiguo lugar de reunión de la Junta de Agua del Noordpolder en Noordpolderzijl en la provincia de Groningen, Países Bajos.
El Zielhoes fue construido en 1811 como vivienda para el guardia de la Noordpolder. La Noordpolder se formó en 1811 mediante la desecación del área al norte de Warffum y Usquert en la provincia de Groningen. En 1843 se añadió un piso al edificio que servía como lugar de reunión para la administración de la polder y desde 1856 para el antiguo Waterschap Noordpolder. El techo plano tenía un parapeto desde donde se podía observar el estuario, las islas y los alrededores.
