La Johannes Kerkhovenpolder es un área desaguada que fue creada en los años 1875 y 1876 en la Dollard, ubicada en el municipio de Eemsdelta en el noreste de la provincia de Groningen, Países Bajos. El lugar más cercano es Woldendorp. Hasta 1990, la polder pertenecía al municipio de Termunten. Los terrenos para la desagüe fueron adquiridos por el banquero de Ámsterdam Johannes Kerkhoven. Kerkhoven tenía planes ambiciosos para desaguar una gran parte de la Dollard. A diferencia de las desagües anteriores, no se esperó a que la formación de marismas avanzara al punto de no ser más inundada por la marea alta. La polder fue ya diqueada en una fase anterior.
