La parada Nieuw Scheemda-'t Waar es una antigua parada en la línea de tren Zuidbroek - Delfzijl, construida y explotada en su tiempo por la Noordoosterlocaalspoorweg-Maatschappij. La parada se inauguró el 5 de enero de 1910 y se cerró el 1 de diciembre de 1934.
La parada estaba al norte de Nieuw-Scheemda y al sur de 't Waar, ambos situados en el municipio de Scheemda. En la línea de tren, la parada estaba precedida por la estación Noordbroek y seguida por la estación Nieuwolda. Había una marquesina y una casa de café. También había un lugar de carga y descarga para mercancías agrícolas. La antigua casa de café de la estación todavía existe; ahora es un bed & breakfast.
