La estación Grou-Jirnsum es la estación de tren de Grouw e Irnsum en Frisia, en la línea Meppel - Leeuwarden de la línea ferroviaria Arnhem - Leeuwarden. Fue inaugurada el 1 de septiembre de 1868. El 30 de mayo de 1999, el nombre original de la estación Grouw-Irnsum fue modificado para adaptarse a los nombres de lugares frisones oficiales Grou y Jirnsum desde 1989. La abreviatura sigue siendo Gw, aunque ya no aparece ninguna w en el nombre.
