La estación de Twello es una estación de tren en la localidad de Gelderland, Twello, en la línea ferroviaria Apeldoorn - Deventer. Desde 1887 hasta 1944, Twello tuvo una estación, después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, tuvo una estación provisional durante un corto período de tiempo y desde el 10 de diciembre de 2006, Twello cuenta nuevamente con una estación en funcionamiento. La primera estación de Twello fue construida en 1886. Este diseño de estación fue llamado Tipo estándar KNLS y fue utilizado para varias estaciones de tren en la década de 1880. El arquitecto fue K.H. van Brederode. En la clasificación de la época en tres tipos de estaciones, esta estación pertenecía al tipo KNLS de primera clase. Cerca de la estación, en 1900, ocurrió un accidente de tren que dejó dos muertos y siete heridos.
