La capilla de Ntra. Sra. de la Asistencia Perpetua fue construida en 1936 según el diseño de H.W. Valk.
La capilla tiene un interés cultural e histórico general como expresión del desarrollo cultural y espiritual en Noord-Brabant, en particular la difusión de la devoción a María en el periodo de entreguerras.
Tiene un valor arquitectónico debido al lugar que ocupa en la obra del arquitecto Valk.
