Withuis es una aldea en el municipio de Eijsden-Margraten en Limburgo neerlandés, en la frontera con Bélgica, cerca de Wezet. La aldea tiene aproximadamente 65 habitantes.
Withuis es uno de los lugares más al sur de los Países Bajos. La aldea se encuentra a lo largo de la autopista A2 y consta de dos calles: la antigua carretera estatal y una calle sin salida. Withuis limita al sur con la aldea belga de Moelingen y al norte con Eijsden. En el lado belga de la frontera se encuentran varias casas, que de hecho forman parte de la aldea. Estas casas pertenecieron hasta 1977 al municipio de Moelingen y desde entonces al municipio de Voeren.
