Zonnestein es una rotonda de tráfico sin nivel con una parada de tranvía integrada del tranvía de Ámsterdam en Amstelveen, donde se detienen las líneas de tranvía 5 y 25. Hasta 2019, era una intersección a nivel y, además de la parada de tranvía, también era una parada de tranvía rápido. La parada está situada en un túnel bajo el cruce de Beneluxbaan con la Calle de Messina. La parada lleva el nombre de la calle Zonnestein al oeste de la Calle de Messina. Al lado oeste se encuentra el barrio residencial de Elsrijk y al lado este Kostverloren.
