América es una aldea en el municipio de Noordenveld, en la provincia neerlandesa de Drenthe. Se encuentra cerca de la frontera de la provincia de Groningen.
Está aproximadamente a cuatro metros sobre el nivel del mar y al noroeste del pueblo de Een, y formalmente también forma parte de él. El lugar fue fundado en 1909 durante la explotación de la gran zona de páramo de Steenbergerveld y el Eenerveld. La parte en el antiguo municipio de Norg recibió el nombre de América.
