El túnel Granfoss es un conjunto de dos túneles en el Anillo 3 en Oslo, Noruega. Los dos túneles tienen 2.1 kilómetros de longitud y son parte de la Línea Granfoss, un tramo de autopista de 2.9 kilómetros que se abrió en 1992, conectando el Anillo 3 con la ruta europea E18. El nombre proviene de la cascada Granfossen en el río Lysakerelva, que pasa cerca. Los dos túneles van de Lysaker a Mustad, y de Mustad a la Iglesia de Ullern, respectivamente.
Cuando se abrieron al tráfico los dos túneles con cuatro carriles, finalmente se resolvió un cuello de botella del sistema vial de Oslo que había persistido durante varias décadas. Los túneles fueron financiados por el Paquete de Oslo 1.
