El túnel Mastrafjord es un túnel de carretera submarino en el municipio de Stavanger en el condado de Rogaland, Noruega. El túnel, de 4.424 metros de largo, se encuentra bajo el Mastrafjorden, que fluye entre las islas de Mosterøy y Rennesøy. El túnel se inauguró en 1992 como parte de la carretera E39 europea y el enlace fijo de Rennesøy. El extremo sur del túnel se encuentra cerca de la aldea de Askje en Mosterøy y el extremo norte del túnel está en la aldea de Vikevåg en Rennesøy. Con una pendiente máxima del 8%, el túnel alcanza su punto más profundo a 133 metros por debajo del nivel del mar.
