El camino de Baglung a Jharkot está marcado por Dangerousroads.org.
Especialmente alrededor de Tatopani, donde el desfiladero es muy estrecho, hubo que derribar piedras para construir el camino. La carretera se construyó a principios de la década de 2000 y se mejoró (léase: se amplió) en 2010.
Fue construido por el ejército.
Mientras no había camino, todo tenía que ser transportado desde Baglung a Muktinath a pie y en burro . En ese momento, el trekking en este valle era muy agradable y relajante. Kali Gandaki Trek fue una vez una de las caminatas más famosas del mundo.
