El río Mun, a veces escrito como río Moon, es un afluente del río Mekong. Transporta aproximadamente 26 kilómetros cúbicos de agua al año. El río comienza en el área del Parque Nacional Khao Yai de la cordillera de San Kamphaeng, cerca de Nakhon Ratchasima en el noreste de Tailandia. Flujo hacia el este a través de la meseta de Khorat en el sur de Isan (provincias de Buriram, Surin y Sisaket) durante 750 kilómetros, hasta que se une al Mekong en Khong Chiam en Ubon Ratchathani.
