El Puente Charlestown High, cruzaba el río Charles en Boston, Massachusetts, y era parte de la I-93/US 1 en el extremo norte del Arteria Central.
Este puente de celosía de dos niveles, construido en 1954, originalmente iba a llevar la I-95 a través de Boston de suroeste a noreste junto con el Puente Tobin, construido en 1950. El proyecto de la I-95 y varios otros proyectos de carreteras en y alrededor de Boston, incluyendo el muy controvertido Inner Belt y el Southwest Corridor, que completaban el derecho de paso destinado a traer la I-95 a Boston desde Providence, RI, fueron cancelados debido a la fuerte oposición pública a principios de la década de 1970. Se permitió que la I-93 se completara desde la Yankee Division Highway hasta la base del Puente Charlestown High en 1969, y la designación de la I-93 se extendió al puente y a la Arteria Central a principios de la década de 1970.
