East Rutherford es un borough ubicado en el condado de Bergen en el estado estadounidense de Nueva Jersey. En el año 2000 tenía una población de 8.716 habitantes y una densidad poblacional de 883.3 personas por km².[2]
East Rutherford es conocido principalmente por ser sede del Complejo Deportivo Meadowlands, donde se ubica el MetLife Stadium hogar de los New York Giants y New York Jets de la NFL; y el Izod Center, pabellón que albergó los partidos como local de los New Jersey Devils de la NHL, los New Jersey Nets de la NBA y la Universidad Seton Hall de la NCAA hasta el año 2010, cuando se mudaron al Prudential Center de Newark. Asimismo en dicho complejo se encontró hasta el año 2009 el Giants Stadium.
