Wiesing est situé dans la vallée inférieure de l'Inn, au nord de l'Inn, à l'entrée de la vallée de Zillertal, au pied sud des montagnes de Rofan. La limite sud est formée par l'Inn à une altitude d'un peu plus de 500 mètres. Au nord, le terrain s'élève presque jusqu'à 2000 mètres, le point le plus élevé étant le Ebner Joch. La commune se trouve dans le district judiciaire de Schwaz.
