Grins est une commune de 1375 habitants dans le district de Landeck, dans le land du Tyrol. La commune se situe dans le district judiciaire de Landeck. Grins se trouve dans la vallée de Stanzer, à l'extrémité ouest d'une terrasse surplombant le bassin de Landeck, au-dessus de la rivière Sanna. Le village groupé est situé au pied du Parseierspitze, qui culmine à 3036 m.
