Chahoumian ou Shahumyan est une région du Haut-Karabagh en partie sous le contrôle de l'Azerbaïdjan. Sa capitale était la ville de Chahoumian, passée ultérieurement sous contrôle azerbaïdjanais ; ce rôle est depuis assuré par la ville de Karvachar. En 2010, la région compte 3 000 habitants pour 1 829,8 km2.
C'est un ancien district de la République socialiste soviétique d'Azerbaïdjan situé alors en dehors de l'Oblast autonome du Haut-Karabagh. Jusqu'à la guerre du Haut-Karabagh, la population était majoritairement arménienne. L'entièreté de la région de Chahoumian est revendiquée par la république de facto du Haut-Karabagh.
