L'équipe de Laurent Ney a reçu la demande de construire un pont sur l'Ourthe dans la commune de Tilff à Liège. D'un côté se trouvent le centre du village et l'autoroute E25, de l'autre des infrastructures telles que l'hôpital, l'université et le centre commercial. Le bureau a décidé de construire deux ponts de 136 mètres l'un au-dessus de l'autre. Le supérieur est destiné à la circulation automobile. Il offre une protection pour les cyclistes qui se rendent à l'étage inférieur de l'autre côté.
