Le Moulin de Pierre à Ertvelde est un moulin à vent en pierre rond, datant de 1798-1799. Il est aménagé en moulin à blé, avec 2 paires de meules et un écraseur d'avoine.
Le moulin a été restauré en 1985 par le propriétaire actuel pour être à nouveau en état de moudre. Aujourd'hui, il broie du petit épeautre, qui est transformé en pain et en bière spéciale. Lors de la restauration, le moulin a été surélevé d'un demi-mètre et une amélioration des ailes selon le système Fauël a été appliquée au vol. Lors d'une restauration en 2009, les ailes ont été bardées.
