La (grande) grange porte l’année 1857 au moyen de briques saillantes. Mais la ferme est beaucoup plus ancienne. Il y avait déjà une ferme ici au 13ème siècle. Cette grande ferme carrée est principalement utilisée pour l’élevage bovin. Un grand nombre de produits de la ferme sont fabriqués avec notre propre lait, qui peut donc être consommé sur place en bonne saison.
Retour à 1857. L’année de la construction de cette façade, à 50 km à l’ouest, à Gand, le premier syndicat de Belgique a été fondé. C’était la Fraternal Society of Weavers.
