Weelde-Station est un village à la frontière nationale de la Belgique dans la commune de Ravels. Jusqu'en 1977, il faisait partie de la commune de Weelde.
Le village s'est développé peu après 1900 le long de la ligne de chemin de fer Tilburg - Turnhout, en raison de la proximité de la gare de Baarle-Nassau Grens dans le hameau néerlandais de Baarle-Nassau Grens situé juste au nord. En 1912, le noyau avait sa propre paroisse et une école, ce qui en a fait un véritable village.
