L'île 'De Balokken' est devenue un parc varié avec des chemins pédestres, un marais et des surfaces en pente. De quelques bancs vous pouvez admirer des panoramas splendides sur l'église Saint-Médard, le moulin et le port de plaisance.
L'île est le lieu idéal pour se promener, faire du jogging ou seulement jouir d'une bière sur la terrasse de la cafétaria.
Il y a 2 cabanes avec une possibilité d'hébergement de 8 personnes.
