Stella Matutina est une école hôtelière renommée située à Michelbeke, au cœur des Ardennes flamandes. L'école a une riche histoire qui remonte à 1971, lorsque l'école hôtelière a effectivement commencé avec 18 filles en première année. L'école propose à partir de la deuxième année des filières axées sur trois disciplines : l'hôtellerie, la cuisine et le restaurant. Stella Matutina a su se forger une excellente réputation et a même été invitée à organiser des réceptions au Palais Royal, y compris le banquet de fiançailles du Roi Philippe et de la Reine Mathilde en 1999.
