Située au sommet d'une falaise calcaire de ± 230 mètres, la Roche-aux-Faucons permet de découvrir une vue panoramique de la boucle de l'Ourthe qui contourne le plateau de Ham, d'Esneux à Hony. Vers le sud-ouest, le versant présente plusieurs replats : ce sont les terrasses de l'Ourthe. Les derniers faucons ont disparu au début du siècle dernier.
