Pierre commémorative avec l'inscription : "ICI TOMBÉ EL-CID AVEC UN GRAND CAVALIER". En bas de la pierre, se trouve l'image d'une tête de cheval. Une recherche sur Google révèle que, en 1986, un propriétaire de cinéma de Lommel est tombé de son cheval dans un état d'ivresse. Le cheval s'appelait El-Cid et est mort sur le coup, mais le cavalier a survécu à la chute. La pierre serait une blague macabre de ses riches amis. L'information provient de la série "Merlijn over la frontière" de la station de radio Brabant qui puise son contenu de l'association d'histoire locale de Bergeijk.
