Het Zwartland est un hameau du village de Zemst-Bos, dans le Brabant flamand, en Belgique. Il fait partie de la commune de Zemst. Sa superficie est de 70 hectares et il compte 47 habitants.
Son nom signifie littéralement Le Pays Noir. Cela est dû au fait que le sol est plus sombre et plus fertile que dans le reste de la région.
