Le moulin de Rooman est un vestige de moulin à vent situé dans le village de Belsele, faisant partie de la commune de Sint-Niklaas en Flandre-Orientale, au 17 Belseledorp. Le moulin a été construit en 1862. Dès 1870, un moulin à vapeur a été établi à côté du moulin à vent. L'exploitation éolienne a également été poursuivie pendant un certain temps, mais en 1923, les ailes et le toit ont été enlevés. Le moulin mécanique est resté en service jusqu'en 1960. Vers 2000, la structure a été dotée d'une nouvelle couverture et un perron a été ajouté, mais celui-ci était en métal et plus étroit que l'original. La structure a été transformée en maison. L'équipement de broyage à énergie éolienne a entièrement disparu. Au rez-de-chaussée, qui faisait office de moulin mécanique, il reste quelques vestiges de cette installation.
