Le Tank Monument est un monument aux morts sur le quai du Gravier surplombant l'Ourthe.
Le char est du type M4A1 Sherman et ce char particulier a été surnommé AMBOY . Le char Sherman a remplacé le M46 Patton en 2004 , offert à La Roche par l'école d'infanterie d'Arlon en 1990.
Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, La Roche-en-Ardenne a été en grande partie détruite lors de la Bataille des Ardennes . 114 habitants ont perdu la vie. Le 11 janvier 1945, La Roche est libérée par les Britanniques et les Américains.
