Le Nijswolkje est une exploitation familiale de lait de brebis. Ils fabriquent du chocolat au lait, du fromage frais et affiné, du yaourt, de la glace et des desserts à partir du lait de brebis. Leur petite boutique est ouverte tous les mardis et dimanches (pendant la saison). Vous pouvez visiter la ferme librement, avec une glace à la main. Préférez-vous venir un autre jour pour une visite guidée avec dégustations ? Bienvenue sur rendez-vous !
