Le domaine provincial de l'Atlantikwall Raversyde est un morceau unique de zone naturelle près de la mer. L'Atlantikwall Raversyde est l'un des mieux préservés de la ligne de défense allemande, avec plus de soixante bunkers, des couloirs ouverts et souterrains, des postes d'observation et des emplacements d'artillerie, construits pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale (Batterie Saltzwedel-neu). Vous y découvrirez également la batterie côtière allemande la mieux conservée de la Première Guerre mondiale, la batterie d'Aix-la-Chapelle. Cet ensemble de bunkers unique de la Première Guerre mondiale est situé dans une zone de dunes ondulantes surplombant la mer.
De plus, dans le domaine provincial, vous trouverez quatre maisons de pêcheurs reconstruites du village de pêcheurs médiéval de Walraversijde.
