Jasper National Park (Alberta) est le plus grand parc national des Canadian Rocky Mountains. Il se trouve au nord du Banff National Park et à l'ouest de la ville d'Edmonton. Il vaut vraiment la peine avec ses glaciers, des lacs, des cascades, des sources chaudes, ... et beaucoup d'animaux sauvages, notamment le grizzli, l'ours noir, la chèvre de montagne, le mouflon d'Amérique, le caribou et d'autres espèces de cerfs, ...
Quelques attractions sont le mont Edith Cavell, Angel Glacier, Columbia Icefield, les chutes Athabasca, Maligne Canyon, le lac Maligne, le lac Medicine.
Le parc est nommé après Jasper Hawes, qui avait un poste de traite au 19ème siècle.
Jasper National Park est patrimoine mondial reconnu selon l'UNESCO depuis 1984.
