Bad Zurzach est une commune suisse du canton d'Argovie, située dans le district de Zurzach. La commune s’appelait Zurzach jusqu'en novembre 2006.
Abritant le tombeau de sainte Vérène, elle est un lieu de pèlerinage depuis le début du Moyen Âge.
