Maintenant, c'est peut-être un théâtre intéressant, mais la pierre à gauche de l'entrée, celle avec cette mousse verte, c'est de cela qu'il s'agit ici. Cette pierre commémorative pour Marinus van der Lubbe a été installée ici en 2000 par deux artistes néerlandais. Il y a un extrait d'un poème que ce jeune antifasciste a écrit en captivité allemande. Cette œuvre d'art se compose au total de trois pierres identiques. C'est le même type de pierre dont est faite le Reichstag. Un exemplaire se trouve à Leiden, le lieu de naissance de Van der Lubbe, et le troisième se situe à Leipzig, où il a été tué.
