Sankt Goar est une ville sur la rive gauche du Rhin moyen dans le Land de Rhénanie-Palatinat en Allemagne en face de la ville de Saint-Goarshausen et toute proche du célèbre rocher de la Lorelei. Elle fait partie de l'arrondissement de Rhin-Hunsrück et la Verbandsgemeinde de Sankt Goar-Oberwesel.
