La municipalité comprend, outre le bourg de Gumtow, seize localités et villages : Barenthin, Dannenwalde, Demerthin , Döllen, Görike, Granzow, Groß Welle, Kolrep, Krams, Schönebeck avec le hameau de Breitenfeld, Schrepkow, Vehlin, Vehlow et Wutike.
