Le Köterberg est une colline avec un sommet à une altitude de 496 mètres, faisant partie du Lipper Bergland, qui à son tour fait partie du Weserbergland. Depuis la ville de Polle, vous franchissez une différence d'altitude de 406 mètres sur 13 kilomètres. Les un kilomètre et demi derniers sont des cul-de-sacs et les plus raides (jusqu'à 14 %). Au sommet se trouve une tour de télévision et le Köterberghaus.
