L'église Immanuelskirche dans le quartier d'Oberbarmen à Wuppertal est l'ancienne église réformée du quartier de Wupperfeld et est utilisée comme église concert depuis la sécularisation en 1984.
L'Immanuelskirche a été construite comme deuxième église pour la communauté réformée de Barmen-Gemarke, car le bâtiment précédent de l'église Gemarker actuelle était devenu trop petit pour la communauté en pleine expansion de Barmen, en raison de l'industrialisation. Lors d'un concours de construction en 1866, l'architecte hambourgeois Ernst Heinrich Glüer a été le vainqueur ; la construction a été réalisée selon ses plans entre 1867 et 1869 et inaugurée le 27 mai 1869.
