La ferry Ditzum–Petkum est la seule liaison par ferry encore existante aujourd'hui sur l'Unterems en Basse-Saxe.
Le ferry relie le petit port de Ditzum, un quartier de la commune de Jemgum dans le Rheiderland, à Petkum, un quartier de la ville indépendante d'Emden dans la partie nord de l'Frise orientale. Les deux endroits se trouvent presque sur la même longitude géographique sur les rives opposées de l'Unterems en dessous de l'Emssperrwerk juste avant l'embouchure de la rivière dans le Dollart.
