Le Baarbach est un affluent de la Ruhr d'une longueur de 17,6 km, situé sur la rive orographique gauche en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, en Allemagne. En aval du centre d'Iserlohn, le ruisseau s'appelle Lägerbach.
Le Baarbach prend sa source à une altitude d'environ 426 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer comme « Läger » dans les hauteurs de la forêt urbaine d'Iserlohn, au sud du centre-ville.
