La Dosenbek est un affluent nord de la Schwale dans le Schleswig-Holstein. Par la Schwale, la Stör et l'Elbe, il s'écoule dans la mer du Nord.
La Dosenbek a une longueur de 8 km et prend sa source dans la réserve Negenharrie, qui fait partie de la forêt d'État de Neumünster dans le district de Rendsburg-Eckernförde. La Dosenbek, fortement rectifiée, contourne le Dosenmoor du côté est, de nombreux fossés de drainage y dirigent l'eau du marais vers la Dosenbek. Plus au sud, il forme près de Tasdorf la frontière entre Neumünster et le district de Plön. Par la suite, il contourne le bois de Brachenfeld du côté ouest et se jette peu après dans la Schwale d'environ la même taille.
