La Villa Waldrich est un bâtiment résidentiel construit en 1879 dans le style néo-Renaissance dans la ville de Siegen, Hohler Weg 1. Aujourd’hui, les salles sont louées à des fins diverses.
L’ancienne villa Klein’sche a été construite en 1879 sur le versant sud-ouest du Siegen Giersberg par la famille de l’entrepreneur du Siegerland Heinrich Klein, l’un des cofondateurs de la Siegener Maschinenbau Aktiengesellschaft SIEMAG, en tant que résidence familiale dans le style du début de la Renaissance italienne. En tant que bâtiment de trois étages avec un sous-sol supplémentaire autoportant du côté de la pente, il a été conçu et exécuté par le maître d’œuvre Wilhelm Bovensiepen à Kupferdreh.
