La ruine d'Auersburg est la ruine d'un château perché dans la commune de Hilders, dans le district de Fulda en Hesse. Aujourd'hui, le site sert d'abri et de plateforme d'observation.
La ruine se trouve entourée de forêt sur le flanc sud-ouest du Auersberg haut de 757 m dans les Rhön, à l'extrémité d'un sentier de randonnée populaire au nord de Hilders. Défensivement mal située sur un versant, elle était vraisemblablement conçue dès le départ uniquement comme siège de pouvoir ou administratif.
