Le château de Lauterburg est un château de montagne, aujourd’hui en ruines, situé dans le village de Lauterburg, près d’Essingen, dans le district d’Ostalb dans le Bade-Wurtemberg.
Le château a probablement été construit au début du XIIe siècle. Il a appartenu à Adalbert de Lauterbourg, comte palatin de Souabe de 1125 à 1146. Entre le XIIe et le XIVe siècle, un nouvel édifice fut construit et en 1594, le château fut reconstruit à nouveau dans le style de la Renaissance. Malheureusement, l’édifice a été victime d’un incendie en 1732. L’église du château a été construite en 1607 et est toujours l’église principale de Lauterburg.
