La vallée de Wen est une vallée sèche typique du Schwäbische Alb, au nord-ouest de Steinheim am Albuch.
La vallée de Wen est une destination populaire pour le temps libre et jusqu’en 2009, elle était populaire pour le cross-golf, le parkour et le bloc, mais c’est depuis juin 2009 que la compensation pour la construction du parc éolien d’Essingen est interdite. Plusieurs signes l’indiquent.
On y trouve plusieurs rochers calcaires remarquables, qui ont reçu des noms comme sphinx, hippopotame ou rocher de cerf. La vallée commence près de Bartholomä et s’étend vers le sud.
