La Ifta est un affluent orographique gauche de la Werra en Thuringe, en Allemagne, qui mesure 5,5 km au-dessus de Klingborn, 8,9 km au-dessus de Lüderbach et même 11,1 km au-dessus d'Augraben.
Klingborn est une source karstique à fort débit située à la périphérie d'Ifta. À seulement 100 m au sud-ouest de cette source, la Ifta rejoint par la gauche le Lüderbach venant de Lüderbach, où le stationnement des eaux de la Ifta est géré. À 500 mètres supplémentaires au sud-est se trouvait le moulin de Klingborn, le premier moulin à grain sur le lit de la rivière. Dans la localité, l'Augraben rejoint également la Ifta par le sud. Environ 200 m à l'est de la localité se trouve la Wehrecke, où un canal de moulin établi au haut Moyen Âge a été dévié vers les moulins à grain de Creuzburg. Juste en dessous de la Wehrecke se trouve finalement le Rösselbach.
