Le Hillebach, également appelé simplement Hille, est un affluent de la Ruhr de 7,7 km de long, situé au sud-est et orographiquement à droite, dans la partie nord-est du massif du Rothaargebirge. Il coule dans le district du Hochsauerland en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
Le Hillebach prend sa source dans le parc naturel Sauerland-Rothaargebirge, à près de 1 km au sud de la frontière avec la partie nord-ouest du Hessen et l'Upland qui s'y trouve. Sa source est située sur le flanc sud-est du Hillekopf, qui s'élève à 804,9 m au nord de Küstelberg, un quartier ouest-nord-ouest de Medebach. Elle se trouve dans la commune de Küstelberg à environ 692,5 m d'altitude. À l'est, au-dessus de la source, le Rothaarsteig passe à un endroit situé à une altitude de 693,5 m.
