La réserve naturelle de Limberg et Offelter Berg est située dans la ville de Preußisch Oldendorf, dans le district de Minden-Lübbecke en Westphalie orientale. Elle s'étend sur environ 186,1 ha et est désignée par MI-027.
Elle se trouve à l'extrême est de l'Egge, une chaîne de montagnes secondaire des monts Wiehen, et est entourée par les quartiers de la ville de Preußisch Oldendorf au nord-ouest, Offelten au nord, Bad Holzhausen à l'est et Börninghausen au sud. Les surfaces des montagnes qui donnent leur nom, le Limberg et le Offelter Berg, font essentiellement partie de la zone protégée. Dans la réserve naturelle, le ruisseau Landwehr naît.
